Every time I walked by this building I want to take a picture. I love the Art Deco:


The most gorgeous movie theatre in the world (inside and out)! Tuschinsky:


Because I was very dissapointed I forgot to take a picture outside the Torture Museum. Have one of the sign in front of Central Station. Consider yourself warned.


Score! (aka my current obsessions;)

An afternoon and evening in Arnhem: Hans, Benthe, Mom and me went to see Angels in America on stage. After the very awesome performance (5 hours!), we had dinner at Tony's Wok Away.

Oh, and I was wearing my new shoes for the first time...

I dyed my hair today. I used the second part of the dye-box (the one that coloured my hair red in january) You're only supposed to use it for highlights, but I kind of covered my roots and used what was left to randomly ruffle through my hair;)

Okay, not as spectacular as last time, but at least I got rid of the grayish roots and it looks a little sunnier than before;)

Yesterday (April 19) was brotherdearest's birthday. Hans asked for the best present a big sister can give: he let me take him shoe-shopping:) I think that meant I was only to buy HIM shoes, but of course I wasn't able to leave the store without a pair of my own *g*. I scored some other stuff as well (see pic below:).

Yesterday mom and I visited Gran and went for a walk around the hospital and cocoa plus cake in the hospital cafe. This is us in the elevator:)



I scored some stuff at Ikea: black-out curtains and a cuddle hippo. (I also bought a second hand book in the hospital shop and mom gave me a Surprise Egg with -surprise!- sideshow Bob in it:)



It was a good day:)

Tuesday night my trusty old lunchbox died:
it was crushed by a can of chickensoup. :-(

Hello gorgeous new laptop, that I bought to comfort me


Friday: a grateful client gave me chocolate and a bottle of wine with a lovely card


When I got home, I discovered mom had made a surprise visit. I had left a to-do list FOR MYSELF on my dinnertable, with a reminder to take a picture of the disgusting dishes (because of a lj-request, I'm not into dirty pictures;). Mom found the note and not only decided to do my dishes, she also took a picture:
