I tried that 'old tart' recipe again, this time with the mascarpone and my own imagination. It turned out perfect: nice and moist:)
My baking skills are evolving!
Golden brown and it even raised up a little!
I sprinkled it with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
I took half to my mom while it was still warm (I cycled fast;) and she approved \o/
She made beefstew for dinner, which was also delicious. For dessert she had a surprise left over from Xmas:
Raindeer icecream!
